The second quarterly meeting of Induced Seismicity Consortium was held at USC on 12th June 2014 which was attended by various dignitaries  from industry and academia. The meeting started with introductory note from Dr. Fred Aminzadeh  introducing the attendees , status update and achievements from consortium. It was followed by various technical presentations covering accomplishments of the work done at USC. Significant research is being done at USC on Induced Seismicity as part of the consortium and one of such work suggested that hydraulic fracturing has not resulted in any notable Induced Seismic events in California.Other research work included Study of  seismic events which occurred in Okhlahoma in 2011,Study on ground water contamination due to Hydraulic Fracturing in California and various other induced seismicity related topics.
